BOOK A
DISCOVERY
Call.

15–20 minutes. We check that we're the right fit for your operation. No diagnosis on the call — that's what the audit is for. If we're a fit, you'll have a proposal in your inbox the same day.

What to Expect

THREE STEPS
TO started.

01
Book the call

Pick a time that works. No prep needed. 15–20 minutes. We're checking fit — right problem, right stage, right team.

02
We qualify

We ask about your business, your team, and where the pain is. You ask what you need to. This is a mutual fit check, not a diagnostic session.

03
Audit proposal same day

If we're a fit, you receive a one-page audit proposal the same day. The Operations Audit ($2,500, paid upfront) is where the real diagnostic work happens.

Qualification first
The discovery call is a fit check, not a diagnosis. The real work — and the real clarity — comes from the audit.
Fixed scopes always
If we continue, every engagement starts with a written scope. What we quote is what you pay.

Before You Book

COMMON
questions.

How long does a typical project take?
Most projects run between 6 and 12 weeks from discovery to handoff. The Operations Audit takes 1–2 weeks. A full Operations Build is typically 4–10 weeks depending on scope.
Do I need to know what I want before the call?
No. The discovery call is for us to ask questions about your operation. You don't need to come prepared with a solution. That's our job. Just be ready to talk about how your business works and where the pain is.
What if I just want the audit, not a full build?
That's completely fine. The Operations Audit is a standalone service with a real deliverable: a prioritized roadmap with cost estimates. Many clients use it to plan internal work. There's no obligation to continue with a build.
What tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic. We work with whatever tools your business already uses, and recommend additions only where they genuinely solve a problem better than what you have.
How do you handle scope creep?
Every engagement starts with a written scope document that both parties sign. Anything outside that scope requires a written change request before work begins. This protects you as much as it protects us.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We're used to working alongside internal teams, developers, and other vendors. We handle coordination and make sure everyone knows what's being built and why.
